I always choose this place for my stays. It has free wi-fi, a tv, a fully equipped kitchen, and an electric kettle. The helpful staff even assisted me with my heavy baggage on my first visit. Highly recommended!

Everything there was very good and the stuff were competent. The location was best possible, within walking distance of a performing arts theater. Besides, it was near to Lace Market, and the train station. The rooms were impressive and had a fantastic view. The bed was comfortable, I slept like a child.

Facilities. Hair dryer and microwave etc. well equipped.

Receptionist was a bit stroppy as we were 45 mins early before check in. No where to store baggage securely if you get there early. Bathroom light needed a pulley end on the string as it was just a grubby piece of string hanging there. Bit grim.

I had a fantastic weekend, loved the underground parking and the spacious apartment with a fully equipped kitchen. The personal touches, like extra heaters and thoughtful gifts, were good!

The location was marvellous, within walking distance of Leo. We had the double room with a big bed.

All the staffs were competent and efficient.

the location of the apartment for the city and other local facilities(bowling).parking was a big plus.

shame there is no restaurant/eating facilities.being next to main road quite noisy.

Being right next door the the Ice Arena was the best part of my stay here. We chose the apartments for this reason & were not disappointed.

Had a spacious apartment with a panoramic view, really reminded me of a king. The shower was like a waterfall, just very nice after a long day.

It felt a bit pricey at times, but still reasonable overall.

it was a very comfortable stay, close to all amenities the staff there were polite and helpful. and we have used this hotel before thats why we came back

We were only there for one night and due to weather we did not get the room we wanted but did receive a phone call prior to travelling. Staff were very helpful but room was not ready until we booked in as we were offered two separate rooms

As there were three of us stopping in one room there was not enough tea and coffee for all of us

I loved the spacious room with floor-to-ceiling windows and the well-equipped kitchen that made our stay so comfortable. the shower was like having a personal waterfall, which was a fantastic perk!
